Sherpa is a 100% black owned and 31% black female
owned business established to: Guide. Grow. Give. 

Founded in March 2023 following the merger of the Ai2 Institute and DataSherpa. Both these latter two entities were established in the midst of the Covid Pandemic by seasoned professionals who wanted to forge meaningful partnerships underpinned by trust, credibility and impact for the benefit of clients, society and the economy at large, achieved through constructive disruption.


The Sherpa leadership team have a collective experience exceeding 140 years covering professional services, senior corporate roles and entrepreneurship. We are bound by trust and a common purpose.
