Sherpa and Ai2 were founded to make a real impact to the societies that we operate within. Our social enterprise efforts are managed through a separate not for profit company called AiMM (All in Main Market) to ensure cohesiveness and efficiency. AiMM is driven by Samantha Bosch and her, mainly female, fellow eminent directors.
A minimum of 6% of Sherpa’s profits are distributed to AiMM. This contribution is over and above the several charitable initiatives that AiMM already contributes to.
AiMM has a diversity of social investment areas of interest, but these can be broadly prioritised into education, energy and health. AiMM endeavours to deliver sustainable self-funding solutions designed around commercial principles generating profits to reinvest into impactful initiatives aimed at creating a brighter future for the most vulnerable of people. We look to build up community-based initiatives through working with corporates, investors and NGOs to create self-funded impactful enterprises.
